In late March, Sergeant Dave Coleman and Detective Matt Panigal of the Westmoreland SWAT visited the second-grade classes at McCullough Elementary School.
The students were able to ask questions, learn about SWAT gear and training, and see the SWAT vehicle. The visit corresponded with a lesson on community helpers and heroes.
