The Penn-Trafford School Board and Administration have announced the Students of the Month for March. The students attended the March 6, 2023 School Board meeting where they were each introduced by their school’s principal and presented a certificate of achievement.
(Elementary)
Curran Crenshaw is a 5th-grade student at McCullough Elementary. Mr. Joe Marasti, principal, commended Curran for being a hard-working athlete and model student who is respectful and kind. Curran is the son of Christopher and Katherine Crenshaw.
(Middle School)
Ava Heller is a 7th-grade student at Penn Middle School. She was introduced by Mr. Jim Simpson, principal. He recognized Ava for excelling in athletics, academics, and as an artist. Ava is the daughter of Carl and Sarah Heller.
(High School)
Deakyn Jankowski is a 9th-grader at Penn-Trafford High School. Mr. Tony Aquilio, principal, spoke of Deakyn’s involvement in the JROTC program and his drive to expand and improve the program at the high school. Deakyn is the son of Matt Jankowski and Kelly Nort.
